Elite Forex Academy ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to providing quality services. Please review our refund/return policy carefully.

Payment and Billing

All courses offered by Elite Forex Academy are prepaid at the time of registration. Billing is inclusive of applicable taxes as per St. Lucia regulations.

Refund Policy

Elite Forex Academy courses are generally non-refundable once registered and paid for. Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Duplicate Payment: If a duplicate payment is made for the same course, a refund for the duplicate payment will be processed upon verification.

2. Course Cancellation: In the event that Elite Forex Academy cancels a course, a full refund will be issued to the original mode of payment.

Refund Procedure

• Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed through the Original Mode of Payment used for the transaction.
• Any applicable taxes included in the payment will be excluded from the refund amount.
• Refunds will typically be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the policies of the financial institution.

No Refund Policy Exceptions

• Once a course registration is completed and paid for, refunds will not be provided except as outlined above.
• Elite Forex Academy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.

Legal Compliance

• All legal matters concerning Elite Forex Academy, including refund policies, are governed by the laws of St. Lucia.
